Self Development Coaching Package

10 x 75 minute coaching sessions – at 2 – 4 week intervals


Awareness is the foundation of all change and almost everyone has blindspots and is caught up in their limited thinking and beliefs or life's dramas.


Values are "what is important to you". A values driven life will be fulfilling and happy. But first you need to know what they are and then you need to assess to what extent you are living them.

Core Limiting Beliefs

Our core beliefs seem like reality to us. They are the filters through which we see ourselves and the world. As we bring them to awareness and release them, we open up to new possibilities and self esteem.

Core Dynamics

We attempt to negotiate the world with repeated sets of behaviour - many of which are reactions from childhood to difficulties and which hugely limit our ability to behave in a flexible and effective manner.

Relationship with thoughts and emotions

Most people either identify with, change or try to suppress thoughts and emotions. There are much more effective ways to relate to them.


Psychological flexibility is the biggest predictor of mental well-being and success. We will look how to shift into more useful mindsets and how to become more present.

Self Acceptance

Psychologists are increasingly recognising that self acceptance is more important than self esteem. We shine a light on your whole self, including the so-called shadow side and encourage integration and acceptance.


Authenticity returns you to yourself and creates a basis for greater fulfillment and expression of who you are in the world. Paradoxically, it involves you making yourself vulnerable which in turn returns you to true power.

Intention and Motivation

The degree to which we truly intend to serve ourselves or others fundamentally determines our relationship with life. And being clear on values, goals and our ability to succeed determines motivation levels and how much energy we invest.

Committed Action

As we develop internal changes, we translate them into living a values and intention congruent life. On the basis of the work done, you can look forward to being more effective and performing at a higher level.
